- Nov 1, 2026Before an election our own summaries don't name a member's position; video clips of what officials said stay up. Until Nov 4, summary lines where a board member takes a side (a position, vote, opinion or nomination) don't name the member. It is election week, and the summaries are our words. Lines were rewritten without the name; nothing was deleted, and the names come back after the election. Clips briefly held earlier on Nov 1 for an official's stated view or a contested issue are back: an official's own words on video are fair to show. How we know
- Nov 1, 2026We took down items about allegations, calls to resign, investigations of one person (the superintendent's included: those show only the board's action and its date), grievances, due-process matters and a named person's conduct. Each is about one person and can't be shown fairly in a line or a clip without the full record. How we know
- Oct 31, 2026"At least 1 in N meetings" now rounds N up, and minutes said as "at least" round down.Rounding to the nearest number could overstate how often an issue came up (1 in 10.49 printed as 1 in 10; it is at least 1 in 11).Issues
