I know that principals are being paid more to lead those transformational schools, but with the extra work that's put on the staff, it would just be nice if they could receive an additional pay because that's quite tasking, I think. Miss Hall, I want to challenge the superintendent to bring us some more action items and not get stymied everything does not have to be perfect at the team level before you come and try it out on us, because that gives us a chance to perhaps help in that creativity section and help the recommendation get stronger.Cornelia H.
