I do think we need to be clear in our language. When we're saying hold the rate, what you're saying is we will be doing a recallable rate. I do think it's important that when we're talking about the rates going down, that if you attach the dollar amount, that you can see that the actual dollar amount, the check that we get in general property tax, is going up.
